was founded in March 2023 to ensure the preservation of

Walcker organ to ensure.

 

Our goal is

to finance the upcoming general renovation of the instrument and to preserve this special organ sound for the future.

CRAIG HUMBER
Chairman
Organist of the Votivkirche

Artistic director of the Orgelklang Votivkirche concert series. Studied concert organ in Leipzig, Vienna, and Lübeck.

Craig is a Canadian organist from Corner Brook, Newfoundland. He studied chemistry, physics, and mathematics at Memorial University and graduated from Acadia University. His passion for music and the organ is reflected in his work at the Votivkirche, where he preserves and perpetuates the musical heritage of this unique instrument.

JOSEPH FARRUGIA
Vice Chairman
Pastor of the Votivkirche

Over the past 40 years, Dr. Farruggia has built a dynamic and diverse pastoral ministry for visitors to Vienna. His accomplishments include the founding of the Vienna International Religious Centre ( VIRC ) in 1985. The VIRC offers weekly multilingual Masses in six languages—primarily English—for tourists and people temporarily staying in Vienna.

ELIAS GABRIEL HUBER

Elias Gabriel Huber began his musical career playing the violin and viola and received organ lessons from Johanna Feichter. He completed a bachelor's degree in organ at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna and the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, graduating with distinction in 2024. He is currently studying organ and harpsichord in Vienna and is passionate about chamber music and orchestral performances. He is also studying psychology at the University of Vienna.

Kremslehner Hotels GmbH. The Kremslehner Hotels have been family-owned for over 120 years and are synonymous with tradition and hospitality. Mr. Kremslehner is a passionate hotelier and committed to the well-being of his guests. He studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration.
